It is nearly 20 years since we have stepped into the 21st century, but you still may not know how to get into a Japanese market with your app. In this session, you will learn what you have to know, understand and implement to deploy your great apps into the mysterious but high potential market.

About Muraoka
IT Architect / Game Developer / Writer / Illustrator / Translator. Muraoka has been running the Xojo User Group Japan and spreading the word about Xojo with a character Xojo-chan (@xojochan) in Japan. He also consults for local small companies and develops Xojo business apps and games. Muraoka provides localization, marketing and customer service for English language games and software in Japan. Living in Osaka, Japan with his wife and 3 kids, he's a Dallas fan since the Aikman age.

An interesting fact/hobby/interest that others may not know about you.
I am the creator of "Xojochan", a manga style girl character for spreading the words of Xojo.

Favorite TV show, band, and/or movie?
I was a big fan of Late Show by David Letterman. My favorite movies are of Philip K. Dick and Stephen King. Also, I love watching games of Dallas Cowboys.

If you could survive on only one food or meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Onigiris ( rice balls ) with salt. We do not need anything else.
